He spent more than ten years as a leader on the Talent and HR team at Omnicom Health, and nearly four years leading the North America talent team at MediaCom, a WPP media agency. That gave him a firsthand understanding of what employers look for and how hiring decisions are made. His leadership shaped high-performing teams, strengthened company cultures, and guided thousands of candidates through career transitions.
